VERIFICATION OF SARS-CoV-2 VIRUS DETECTION PROCEDURE
The verification of SARS-CoV-2 virus detection procedure has been executed in the Laboratory of Molecular Biology- Bio-Medicine Institute. The results showed that the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of procedure were 100% by using selected samples. Using the external control samples provided by the Center for Medical Testing Quality Control - Hanoi Medical University and the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology Institute provided accurate results. It can be said that process validation improves test quality, thereby contributing to ensuring the quality of laboratory tests. The detection results of SARS-CoV-2 are highly reliable, timely respond to the current epidemic prevention.
