Tóm tắt
SIMULTANEOUS OPTIMIZATION OF FLAVONOIDS EXTRACTION FROM PODS OF HARI COVERT (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)
The condition for flavonoids extraction from Phaseolus vulgaris has been optimized using response surface methodology (RSM). Box-Behnken design was adopted to evaluated the effects of the ethanol concentration, temperature, and solvent/material ratio. The selected model was significant (p < 0.0001) with R2 > 0.95, while the lack of fit was highly insignificant (p = 0.2280). The extract under optimized condition had total flavonoid content at 63.21 mgQE/g with considerable DPPH scavenging activity.
