STUDY ON THE PREPARATION OF TWO TYPES OF DIESEL ENGINE OILS FOR MILITARY MARINE DIESEL ENGINES

This article presents the results of research on the preparation of 2 types of diesel engine oil for military marine diesel engines using raw materials available on the market with technical criteria corresponding to 2 types of oil M-20G2SD and M-16DR of Russia. The technical criteria of products were analyzed and evaluated by comparison with oils from Russia, the results showed that 2 types of prepared oils have the same technical characteristics as M-20G2SD and M-16DR oils. The oxidation stability of these products have been tested and compared with those of Russian diesel engine oils..
