1. Research paper must be the study of the author (the authors); unpublished and unclaimed in any other graded journals.
2. Research paper in Vietnamese, English, or Russian, is typed and printed 2 copies on one side of A4 paper: font Times New Roman; font size 12; top margin and bottom margin 4cm; right and left margin 3.3cm; Spacing 6pt; Line spacing Single; Indentation left 1cm, justified.
3. Figures and tables must be clear and precise. If the paper has pictures, the images should be clear. Figures and photos must be fully annotated, using the Group procedure to link figures and their annotations. Title of a figure, chart is below figure, chart, and centered; Title of Tables are located right above the Table, bold, centered.
4. Math formulas are typed by using Equation Editor in Microsoft Office Word; the Number of the formulas are in brackets and right alignment. In case the formula is longer than one line, the formula number is entered in the bottom line and right alignment.
5. Abbreviation: Only abbreviating phrases or terms that are used more than once in the article. Abbreviation after the first full write-off and the abbreviation in brackets.
6. References and citation
– All views, concepts do not belong to the author and other references must be cited and provided clear sources of references in the References section.
– References must be fully cited and ranked in order of preference to be cited in the article. The name of a document in a foreign language must be kept original, not transcribed, not translated. Each article has no more than 20 references.
– A reference is a book, thesis, a report must contain all information in the following form:
Name of authors, the title of the book (or thesis, report), publisher, place of publication, year of publication, citation page.
Example:
Nguyễn Văn A, Nghiên cứu tính chất đặc trưng của B, Nxb. Khoa học tự nhiên và Công nghệ, Hà Nội, 2011, tr.347-349.
Specifically, to detail the following information:
+ Name of author or issuing authority (comma)
+ Title of book, thesis or report (italic, comma right after the title)
+ Publisher (comma)
+ Place of publication (comma)
+ Year of publication (comma)
+ Page number (the dot at the end of the reference).
– A reference is an article in a journal, in a book … must contain all information in the following form
Name of author, the title of the article, journal title (or title of the book), year of publication, volume (number): citation page (-).
Example: Nguyễn Văn A, Nghiên cứu đa dạng sinh học, Tạp chí B, 1996, 2(3): 286-293.
Specifically, to detail the following information:
+ Name of author (comma)
+ Title of the article (italic, comma right after the title)
+ Title of the journal or the book (comma right after the title)
+ Year of publication (comma)
+ Volume number (Bold)
+ Number (enclosed in brackets, a colon after the brackets)
+ Page numbers (From page- to page, dot at the end of the reference)
7. Research paper must have title and abstracts in Vietnamese and English; the abstract provides essential information about the main findings of the article. The ” research papers” and “Science and technology information” does not exceed 10 pages; The “General Matters” papers must not exceed 12 pages.
8. Structure of the research paper
* “The research papers” have to follow this below structure:
Title of the article;
The author’s name;
I. Rationale;
II. Research Objectives and Research Method;
III. Results and discussion;
IV. Conclusion; References;
Abstract;
Keywords;
The author information: Academic title, degrees, workplace, contact address, phone number, email …
* The “General Matters” papers and “Science and technology information”: basing on the contents of the articles, the articles might be self-structured by the authors.
9. Content related to the confidentiality of information must be approved in writing by the head of the authority unit and be attached to the article.
10. The Editorial Board only accepts articles that have been clearly formatted, with clear figures, following the regulations (hard copy and electronic version of that article). If the article is not accepted, the Editorial Board does not return manuscripts.
